Event Description

Across the state, “Keeping the Faith” interfaith events will lift up the partnership between communities of faith and the LGBT movement. They will invite healing, spiritual support and a commitment to the pursuit and perseverance of justice for LGBT people. At the one year anniversary of the passage of Proposition 8, we will stand with our friends in Maine and Washington State as they face ballot measures which would strip same-sex
couples of relationship protections. Through interfaith prayer, song, and reflection, we are “Keeping the Faith” for equality for all people.
